At Supersites, we deliver high-quality, custom-designed websites and ongoing marketing — work that requires significant time and expertise from our team. While we don’t offer a “free” trial, we provide a 60-day risk-free trial for all new clients.

Here’s how it works: you pay your first two months as normal, experience our full design and service process, and if at any point within the first 60 days you are dissatisfied — whether it’s due to the quality of the work, service standards, or any other reason — we will issue a full refund of those payments upon cancellation of your Supersites Lease.

To get the best results and avoid surprises, we encourage you to share any concerns or feedback as early as possible. This allows us to make adjustments promptly during the process, rather than waiting until the end of the trial period. Our platform and processes are optimized for Webflow so we do not support Wordpress / Shopify websites. We will however be happy to rebuild your website in Webflow without any compromise in functionality or design.

Subject to the extensiveness of your website, your new Supersites websites can take anywhere between 4-12 weeks. Large websites can take much longer. Please contact us to discuss your project to get more accurate estimates.

Any request for change or support on the website qualifies as a support ticket.

You can submit as many support tickets as you need. Depending on your plan, we will work on upto 6 support tickets simultaneously. Please refer to the pricing table to see how many simultaneous support tickets are supported on your plan.
